Volunteers needed to assist with setting up and organizing our area and taking inventory of current supplies. Tasks to include:
- Organize Supply Area: Maintain a clean, orderly, and accessible supply storage area. Ensure supplies are stored properly and categorized for efficient retrieval.
- Inventory Management: Conduct a count of existing inventory to track stock levels.
- Supply Tracking: Create a record of supply inventory levels using appropriate tracking tools or systems.
- Needs Assessment: Monitor inventory to identify low-stock items and anticipate future supply needs. Make detailed notes of required replenishments.
- Stock Rotation: Follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) methods where applicable to minimize waste and ensure proper usage of materials.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move supply items as needed
- Good record-keeping skills
